I really enjoyed attending Kayleigh’s Pilates classes over lockdown and throughout the summer. She is a great instructor and caters for all abilities. Although I am taking a short break from her classes to focus on other commitments, I can’t wait to get started again after Christmas! Thanks again Kayleigh!

Kayleigh is brilliant at constructively helping you to carefully strengthen & stretch specific weaker parts of the body whilst addressing any posture issues & as a personal trainer myself, I really appreciate this. The 1 to 1s are completely geared towards your goals. Kayleigh is friendly, patient & her instructions are crystal clear. I really do feel a lot less stiff after our sessions & like I’ve worked hard. Kayleigh is an excellent Pilates Teacher. Her approach is clear and she demonstrates all the movements very well. Her manner is calm and she is easy to talk to. Kayleigh clearly enjoys teaching Pilates and l think we are fortunate to have her as our new Teacher.

I’m really pleased that Kayleigh is carrying on with the zoom classes. For me they work really well and I feel much stronger than I did before. The way she teaches is excellent. She is clear and precise and very encouraging, even when I fall over! It is also really nice to interact with the other participants. I’ve been to a couple of mat classes that Kayleigh has run at my reformer Pilates class and I thought I would give it a try wasn’t sure to start with but actually I really enjoy it. Kayleigh is a lovely young lady who is an amazing teacher and certainly has a passion for what she does. The lessons are good and structured and today we had our first video lesson which was brilliant and look forward to Fridays one. Even with all the awful things that are going on in the outside world Kayleigh has still ran her lessons of which I’m very grateful for. Thankyou Kayleigh 😉🧘‍♀️X
